Fasthouse is not be responsible or liable for packages once they leave our warehouse. Please contact the appropriate shipping carrier if you experience any lost or stolen packages.

Shipping

Orders requesting Next Day or 2-Day Shipping must be placed before 1PM PST. All other orders may take up to 3 days to fulfill before shipping.
We offer Free UPS Ground Shipping on orders over $100 with Discount Code: "FREESHIP"
At this time, we cannot accept orders from Freight Forwarding companies to ship product out of the US. We will refund your order the same day we receive it. 

Returns

We know things happen. Maybe you ordered the wrong size or the product isn’t quite what you were expecting.  We want to do our best to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Return Policy

  • No returns or exchanges on GARAGE SALE items.
  • Product can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the purchase date. Proof of purchase by referencing a valid order number is required.
  • Products must have original tags. 
  • We cannot accept returns for items that have obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts is not eligible for a return.
  • All freight expenses associated with the return or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We cannot accept returns on Promotional Deals (ex: "Buy a Jersey, Pant & Glove Set, Get a Free ID Kit"). We will exchange your item for a different size of the same item.
  • Returns and exchanges can only be made if purchased from fasthouse.com directly. All other returns/exchanges need to be made at your original place of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: 
All sales are final except for product deemed to have a manufacturing defect or if the incorrect item was shipped out. We can not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason for international shipments.    

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, visit our Return Center to select your replacement item and create a return shipping label:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: 
Refund amount may be more or less than your original purchase total based on daily exchange rates.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
