Very poor response to delivery delay / lost item..

3 weeks after despatch still not arrived. Granted it was sent with Evri. So no surprise it's late... No acknowledgement from fasthouse that they missed their delivery promise, that my kid is getting his Xmas present late, or that they could just maybe have sent out a replacement a week or two back via a different courier rather than leave me hanging... Not a great experience...
